William Almonte

My name is William Almonte, born August 29, 1972 in New York, NY.  I graduated from Woonsocket High School in Rhode Island. I graduated with a BA in Economics and was part of the Pre-Med Program in CCNY.  After college, I opted to purse a career in business and founded an employment firm, Titan Staffing Systems, Inc.

I married my high school sweetheart, Ana and nowreside in Mahwah , NJ since 2002 with my wife and my three children.  My daughter, Julia is 12 and my twin boys Will and Jack are 10. I am the Director of the youth recreational basketball program for the town and I also coach my son, Will and daughter’s youth basketball travel teams. My son, Jack is autistic and participates in sports in specialized clinics in town. William Almonte attends the CAPS Program in the Colonial Road School in Franklin Lakes, NJ. We are parishioners of St. Paul’s in Ramsey, NJ.

William Almonte has successfully marketed, serviced, and administered both staff augmentation and partner vendor relationships with many clients. William’s innovative solutions to administrative, financial and managerial concerns have allowed him to ensure continued growth over the past eight years. William Almonte brings a level of knowledge and professionalism to the organization that has become a true value add for client base.

As a key member of the executive management team, William is integrally involved in all facets of the organization, encompassing business development, business operations, project management, and client interfacing. He is a goal oriented leader, whose management style, business approach, and unique experiences enable him to offer a wide variety of insightful solutions to any situation.

In my spare time, when I’m not coaching, I enjoy weight lifting, swimming, playing guitar, chess and spending time with family and friends.
